Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross-functional team focused on enabling initiatives that contribute to the long-term operational excellence of the organization, by delivering solutions (people, process & technology) in the domains of business process re-engineering, business intelligence, and information technology.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
* Manage projects end-to-end (scope and quality, budget, timeline, stakeholder management, change management)
* Gather requirements (functional & non-functional) and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria
* Design, perform, and guide end users through test scenarios
* Develop and provide training and process support to end users
* Assess, document, and design Operating Models (people, process, tools)
* Act as a key contact person for the business to gather new project requests and improvement proposals on existing applications
* Proactively identify new opportunities for process, system, and tool improvements
* Ensure the sustainment of solutions
Do you recognize yourself?
* You hold a master’s degree in Economics or Finance with at least 3 years of experience in technology-enabled process improvement projects
* Experience in Project Management (Prince2 or PMI certification preferred)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and process-oriented skills
* Excellent team skills—communication, problem solving, and time management
* Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel within Europe (10%)
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
