Ph3About Us /h3 pACSL, headquartered in Antwerp Belgium, is a young and growing company that provides an international B2B trading platform able to manage all aspects of online procurement. We offer a sophisticated E-procurement solution, which allows our customers to control content, specification standards and global pricing for all major OEM products in managed hardware and services catalogs across over 175 countries globally. /p h3What BP Desk Is Doing /h3 pACSL manages a large range of IT resellers (referred to as BP - Business Partner) around the world. The BP desk is managing the relation with all these BP’s. We have more than 20 people working for our BP desk, they all report to the BP desk team leaders who report to the BP desk manager. Our Partner Support Specialists (PSS’s) are located in various countries around the world and work from home or from one of our co‑working spaces. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pThe PSS is responsible for building, maintaining and further developing the relation with some of the BP’s. /p h3Daily Tasks / Responsibilities /h3 ul liBP basic set up and training /li liBP open items management – make BP fully autonomous /li liBP profile completion and surveys /li liBP relationship and development management /li liBP local business development /li liHandling/prioritizing escalations, requests and/or urgent tasks from inside/outside the system /li liKeeping track of daily/weekly KPI in regard to order processing and BP account management /li liFollowing up with BP’s via the platform, chats and calls /li liAssisting BP with completion of their corporate profile and updating orders /li /ul pThe job knowledge and competency is built through structured step‑by‑step training and supportive coaching from management and peers. /p h3What Skills We Are Looking For /h3 ul liYou are precise, detail‑oriented and deliver high quality work based on guidelines and procedures /li liYou have an analytical mindset and like to solve problems /li liYou work in a steady, consistent way and respect deadlines /li liYou are helpful and have a supportive way of communicating with others but at the same time can be a persuasive and convincing communicator when required /li liYou are a good and patient listener but also possess a sufficient degree of assertiveness to guide the BP in the right direction /li liYou follow the guidelines and defined procedures /li liYou are able to work in an (online) team environment /li liYou want to become an expert in your job /liliYou are willing to develop your current knowledge with further training /li liYou have strong MS Office/computer skills /li liYou have a good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset /li liYou have obtained a business degree (Bachelor) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liMulticultural work environment /li liColleagues all over the world /li liFlexibility of a hybrid work model – working partly from the hub office and partly from home /li liOpportunity to build your own career and choose your own career path /li liAttractive salary /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
