Job title: Functional Analyst
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Language requirement: French/ Dutch
Preferred Experience Range: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand Client’s existing Life & Pensions business processes and system landscape.
* Analyze Mainframe and CICS-based applications to map data flows and business logic.
* Conduct discussions with business users and IT teams to gather requirements.
* Document As-Is processes, system interfaces, and functional specifications.
* Support identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the insurance domain.
* Strong knowledge of Life and Pension products in the Belgian market.
* Added Advantage if knowledge on Mainframe, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
* Experience in documenting processes and preparing functional specifications.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent in English & French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
