We are a team of 76 developers, marketers, designers, customer service representatives, thought leaders and food lovers operating from Louvain-La-Neuve, near Brussels, with offices in Barcelona and Paris. Our strength? Our people!

About the job

We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). We’re a young, fast-paced, and ambitious team in the middle of an important strategic transformation, with significant challenges and many exciting opportunities ahead.

As CRO, you are the strategic force behind all revenue-generating functions at Qualifio: Sales, CSM, Marketing, Studio, and Revenue Operations. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO and the Managers you'll architect scalable growth strategies that align teams, tools, and tactics and ensure long-term profitability.

This is more than a leadership role, it's your chance to take part in shaping the future of our company.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

1. Define and execute go-to-market strategies with the CEO and business leads.

2. Align and lead cross-functional teams toward revenue goals.

3. Collaborate with the other QNTM “sister-companies” on shared growth opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Optimisation

4. Own all revenue streams and lead forecasting.

5. Drive enterprise sales, including RFPs with key clients (e.g. Nestlé, Unilever).

6. Analyse churn metrics and actively contribute to customer retention strategies

Operational Efficiency

7. Align marketing and sales to boost conversions and velocity.

8. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward common revenue goals.

9. Optimise RevOps tools (Planhat, HubSpot, Younium, etc.).

Customer-Centric Focus

10. Ensure a seamless and data-driven customer journey.

11. Elevate critical client insights at the executive level.

External Representation

12. Represent Qualifio at MarTech events

13. Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader to boost visibility.

What do we expect from you?

14. Experience as CRO, VP or similar, with a proven track record in SaaS and/or MarTech.

15. Passionate about helping customers grow

16. Experience scaling a company through growth stages, ideally within a B2B context.

17. A generalist mindset with strong foundations in both marketing and sales.

18. Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you lead with inspiration and commitment while remaining hands-on to ensure results.

19. Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

20. Analytical and data-savvy—comfortable navigating complex metrics to shape strategy.

21. Demonstrated success with enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes.
