We're looking for a data-driven, motivated intern to join our E-commerce trading Team in our European headquarters in Brussels. In this role, you will support the E-commerce trading team in product analyses & allocation, communication and supporting our partners in the other E-commerce teams to drive business excellence, to make sure we can delight our brand fans. We're seeking for a data-driven person with an agile mindset & ability to react fast. You’re a team player who enjoys working with others across the organization including merchandising, allocation, business analyst, brand marketing, IT.
ABOUT THE JOB
1. You run and circulate regular reporting, performance updates and applicable analysis to enhance effectiveness and product range profitability for all our product categories.
2. You support monitoring business trends & driving action to react to market changes.
3. You look at standards and procedures and propose improvements.
4. You work with Allocation & Customer Service teams to ensure correct product flow to our E-commerce warehouses
5. You collaborate with other E-commerce areas (Site Merchandising, Site Operations, Merchandising…) to maximize sell out and profitability for all our product categories and execute successful product and brand campaigns.
6. You participate on the promotion strategy by defining product list and discounts, in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence team
7. You work to maximize business opportunities, increase stock rotation, and improve customer satisfaction via our omnichannel capabilities, and create synergies between levi.com and the market place business
ABOUT YOU
8. You are studying a degree in business, management, or any related studies or you have finished your studies within the last year.
9. You like analysing a large amount of data and you enjoy juggling with data information.
10. You are organised and you have an eye to detail.
11. You like working in a fast-paced environment.
12. Proficient in of MS Office, particularly Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), comfortable learning new software tools and mining our data. Familiar with Power BI
13. You are a team player, and you like to collaborate with different partners.
14. Fluent in English.
15. Affinity with the Levi's brand.
Start date: ASAP for a minimum of 6 months, renewable.

This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
