Key Responsibilities of the HR Trainee :
1. Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels
2. Follow-up in our people administration and information
3. Support HR team multiple projects
4. Day-to-day transactions in our HR systems such as creating positions and requisitions
5. Manage the recruitment for trainees and post ads in Harri for students & trainee
6. Organize staff meetings/birthday gifts/Christmas gifts etc.
7. Assist the managers on HR related responsibilities
8. Manage HR communications to the employees
9. Responsible for sending onboarding documents to candidates and the following up
10. Keep employee's data such as contracts, onboarding documents, certification update
Requirements of the HR Trainee :
11. Internship part of a school program
12. Available for min. 6 months
13. English + French mandatory, Dutch is a plus
