JOB DESCRIPTION
Robert Half is looking for an ambitious and motivated Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Principal accountabilities and duties:
Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all of the following, depending upon branch size and market needs:
* Serve as primary support for sales teams
* Process incoming CVs and dispatch to consultants
* Keeping a clean and updated database (SalesForce)
* Entering Candidate information into our SalesForce database
* Prepare and verify contracts for accuracy
* Answer and route telephone enquiries as appropriate
* Draft and send correspondence, including distributing mailers and client offers
* Support in sending ACM/MPC mailings, job mailings,…
* Process incoming and outgoing mail from personal and team mailboxes
* Coordinate with legal department on clients' special requests and terms of business
* Compile and provide reports as requested by Leadership, Regional/District Offices or other back office departments
* Perform occasional receptionist duties as needed, including managing company check-ins, booking couriers and taxis, and greeting visitors
* Handle point of contact responsibilities for team members and provide support to other branches or practice groups
* Prepare and ensure a correct invoicing
* Write attractive job ads and post them to websites
* Post hot jobs on social media
* Adhere to RH compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirement are being met.

* Location: Work primarily from the home office and/or other offices you are supporting in combination with occasional work from home
* Language knowledge: Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
* Being tech-savvy: strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
