Our key locations include Madrid, Dublin, Brussels, Levice, Chomutov and Lodz. /ppAs a bTalent Acquisition Partner /b you will play a pivotal role in executing our Talent Acquisition strategy for the EMEA region covering 20+ countries. This is a varied role with a strong focus on recruitment delivery. You will manage end-to-end (360) recruitment for some roles, while supporting others through talent sourcing and coordination activities such as interview scheduling. /ppAs we continue to shape our Talent Acquisition function, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives that support bCamfil /b on our broader transformation journey. /ppWe are looking for a trusted Talent Advisor who can partner with and influence business stakeholders to drive the best hiring outcomes. /ppbWhat you will do: /b /pullibRecruitment delivery: /b Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple EMEA countries and assigned business areas from role briefing through to offer and onboarding. /liliBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership to act as a btrusted recruitment advisor. /b Provide market insights, talent advisory and strategic guidance to support the business in hiring decisions. /liliDevelop btargeted recruitment strategies /b to attract high-quality and diverse talent pools for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles (Sales, niche IT roles etc.) /lilibTalent Sourcing Market Intelligence /b: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct sourcing, networking, referrals and talent communities. Provide sourcing and screening support on senior, hard-to-fill and leadership roles across the broader EMEA region. /lilibTalent Acquisition Projects /b: Contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, technology, candidate experience and employer branding. /lilibData Reporting: /b Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. /lilibStakeholder Candidate Experience /b: Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through clear communication, consistency in process and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle. /lilibRelationship Management /b: Build strong, collaborative relationships with local HR colleagues, hiring managers and the broader business community at Camfil. /li /ulpbKey requirements: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, or in a similar role, either in an in-house, RPO or agency environment. /liliFluent (C1-C2 level) in bEnglish /b and at least one of the following European languages: bGerman, French, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch /b or bSlovak /b. Proficiency in German would be a strong advantage. Candidates fluent in three languages would be given priority. /liliFull-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
