You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary contact for medical information requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers and internal colleagues
• Manage enquiries received through email, phone, digital platforms and field teams
• Provide accurate, balanced and non promotional scientific information within agreed timelines
• Document and manage enquiries in line with procedures and local regulations
• Monitor medical information intake channels on a daily basis
• Assess incoming contacts and route them to the appropriate function when required
• Support review of promotional and non promotional materials from a scientific and regulatory perspective
• Identify and report safety related information and product quality complaints
• Support audits and inspections through accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Patient Safety, Quality Assurance and other cross functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, life sciences, nursing or a related scientific discipline
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English with a minimum of two languages required
• Understanding of the biopharmaceutical environment and healthcare system
• Knowledge of safety reporting and product quality processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain scientific information clearly to different audiences
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to search, understand and summarise scientific or technical information
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Comfortable working with digital tools, databases and office software
• Experience with knowledge management systems is an asset
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Strong ethics, integrity and commitment to patient safety
