You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Description:
- Act as the primary contact for medical information requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers and internal colleagues
- Manage enquiries received through email, phone, digital platforms and field teams
- Provide accurate, balanced and non promotional scientific information within agreed timelines
- Document and manage enquiries in line with procedures and local regulations
- Monitor medical information intake channels on a daily basis
- Assess incoming contacts and route them to the appropriate function when required
- Support review of promotional and non promotional materials from a scientific and regulatory perspective
- Identify and report safety related information and product quality complaints
- Support audits and inspections through accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Patient Safety, Quality Assurance and other cross functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, life sciences, nursing or a related scientific discipline
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English with a minimum of two languages required
- Understanding of the biopharmaceutical environment and healthcare system
- Knowledge of safety reporting and product quality processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain scientific information clearly to different audiences
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to search, understand and summarise scientific or technical information
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Comfortable working with digital tools, databases and office software
- Experience with knowledge management systems is an asset
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Strong ethics, integrity and commitment to patient safety
