As a product owner, you will drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of one or more digital products within the Manufacturing & Warehousing domain. You will report to the Team Manager Manufacturing/Sourcing Solutions in the Power Technique IT team and collaborate closely with business experts, stakeholders and IT professionals.
In this role, the product owner acts as the single point of contact for assigned products and ensures the backlog is managed effectively. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, align with stakeholders on scope, budget, priorities and timelines, and make sure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture.
You will oversee testing, documentation and change management, while driving continuous improvement in data quality and service performance. You will monitor product performance, gather feedback, and steer enhancements. As a product owner, you will empower end-users by creating training materials, supporting data literacy initiatives and enabling self-service solutions. You will also ensure proactive support, providing insight into solution health, KPI’s and ongoing improvements.

1. Proven experience as Product Owner or in a similar role in a digital, IT or data-driven environment
2. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
3. Hands-on experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
4. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
5. Knowledge of data management, master data or digital platforms is an advantage
6. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
