**About the Role**
We are seeking a commercially sharp and energetic professional to support our growth ambitions as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will help the CEO to fundraise, build and manage investor and customer pipelines, grow market intelligence and presence, assist in business planning and supply chain management.
This is a high-impact role for someone eager to combine an entrepreneurial attitude, solid business sense, interpersonal strength, and a passion for sustainability in a technology-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the investor, partners and customers pipeline
* Develop and follow up on key leads, new investor approaches and customer interactions
* Organize and streamline commercial and market intelligence, and manage the company's CRM system
* Assist in marketing communications, business planning, and supply chain coordination
* Become a subject matter expert on our products, markets, and company dynamics
As you become more familiar with our operations, you'll take on additional responsibilities such as:
* New business development in emerging and sustainable chemical markets
* Establishing commercial and co-development opportunities
* Supporting the scaling of our go-to-market strategies across continents
* Taking ownership of new consortia and key account relationships
**Requirements**
* A strong communicator with persuasive presentation skills
* An entrepreneurial mindset and 'can-do' mentality
* A passion for sustainability and innovation
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
* 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role (a plus)
