Skills & Qualifications
6. You have obtained a Master degree in Law or Applied Economics or equivalent based on experience. A specialized degree in Tax is an asset
7. You have a relevant experience in Personal Tax of at least 5 years
8. You are highly motivated, dynamic and carry a passion for this specific domain
9. You can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
10. Because of your strong organizational skills you are able to manage large and complex projects. Above that, the ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels is a strong asset.
11. Your mindset is client centric, innovative and pro-active
12. You have a desire to build relationships with new clients

Our teams are “360 degree service oriented” with tax technical, team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
Your responsibilities would include;
13. Be part of a team that helps clients on a wide variety of international mobility and reward challenges
14. Project management of advisory projects, often in a multidisciplinary context
15. Manage Belgian tax compliance projects
16. Coach a dynamic and enthusiastic team of (Senior) Advisors
17. Business development and proposals
18. Development and expansion of our practice
