As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support to clients by responding to product-related inquiries and resolving technical issues
* Preparing tailored technical offers and managing quotations and order entries
* Diagnosing faults and proposing appropriate solutions in collaboration with internal teams
* Contributing to product improvement by sharing customer feedback with development teams
* Writing clear and precise technical reports
* Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes
As a Technical Support Engineer, you bring:
* A degree in industrial engineering, with a focus on electromechanics or electricity
* Experience in a technical or customer support role within an industrial environment is a plus
* A strong interest in industrial electromechanics and complex technical systems
* A methodical, rigorous, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams
* Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
