End-to-End Supply Chain SpecialistLocation: Brussels, BelgiumLanguages: French & EnglishWe are partnering with a growing, design-led company based in Brussels that is looking to strengthen its operations team with the addition of an End-to-End Supply Chain Specialist.This is a broad, hands-on role within a small and collaborative team, offering exposure across the full supply chain cycle with a particular focus on purchasing and procurement activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination and order follow-up.Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, production etc.Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.Support supply chain analysis and reporting to improve operational efficiency.Ensure accurate data management within the ERP system.Assist with process optimisation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to the successful execution of long-term operational projects.ProfileInitial experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, operations, or logistics.Strong organisational skills with a hands-on and execution-focused mindset.Comfortable balancing operational tasks with analytical work.Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take ownership.Experience working with an ERP system (Odoo experience is a plus, but not essential).Fluent in French and English.Able to work effectively in a small, dynamic environment where flexibility and collaboration are key.What's on OfferA broad end-to-end supply chain role with real ownership and visibility.The opportunity to join a growing business with ambitious plans.Exposure to multiple functions and stakeholders across the organisation.A collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.Long-term career development opportunities, including training and mentoring for motivated candidates.This position would suit someone looking to build a strong foundation in end-to-end supply chain management while gaining exposure to procurement, operations, and continuous improvement within a fast-moving business.
