You'll work full-time on client assignments while also helping position Methis for new opportunities in public transport and aviation.Your impactIn this role, you will lead and deliver transformation projects for top-tier organizations (operators, authorities, airports, ecosystem partners). You'll ensure quality and coherence across workstreams, guide consultants, and drive measurable improvements in customer and operational processes.What you'll doLead and deliver business transformation initiatives: new operating models, technology implementations, and process optimizationOptimize end-to-end customer and operational processes, including adoption and change within the organizationManage business & IT projects (scope, planning, risks, dependencies, delivery quality)Lead stakeholder management across business, IT, and external partnersBuild and maintain a relevant network with current and new customers;
