The Product Delivery Manager ensures seamless flow between product vision and technical execution.

Mirrhia stands out for its product, which is currently among the most efficient Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) solutions on the market. This is an independent solution, deployed in more than 3,500 controlled environments worldwide, meeting the strictest regulatory standards.
Your Mission
The Product Delivery Manager ensures seamless flow between product vision and technical execution. Your mission is to turn the roadmap into operational reality by orchestrating development resources, managing the ticket lifecycle, and ensuring smooth communication between Engineering, Product, and Operations. You are not here to manage careers (HR), but to manage workflow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning and Coordination
* Sprint management: Organise and prepare sprint content in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO).
* Resource allocation: Ensure each developer has a balanced workload aligned with their skills.
* Technical prioritisation: In coordination with technical leads, arbitrate the inclusion of maintenance tasks and technical debt within the feature delivery flow.
2. Tracking and Execution (Delivery)
* Board ownership: Ensure tracking tools (Jira/Linear) are up to date and reflect on-the-ground reality.
* Blocker removal: Identify daily what is slowing the team down and act to resolve issues.
* Issue tracking: Centralise feedback from Ops teams and internal bugs, assess them, and schedule them in the development flow based on urgency.
3. Interface and Communication
* Ops Engineering bridge: Act as the main point of contact for Operations regarding the status of fixes or deployments.
* Reporting: Communicate transparently on delivery progress to management and Product Owners.
Your Profile
* Experience: 2 to 5 years’ experience in project management, tech team coordination, or as an Agile Master / operational Product Owner.
* Mindset: You are organisation-obsessed. A ticket without a description or an outdated board is, to you, an anomaly that must be fixed.
* Technical understanding: Without being a developer, you understand the software lifecycle (CI/CD, environments, QA) and can distinguish a critical emergency from a minor bug.
* Soft skills: Diplomacy and firmness. You know how to say “no” to protect the team’s bandwidth while still finding solutions for business-critical urgencies.
