This is a hands-on role where you will play a central part in ensuring that components, equipment, and production activities run smoothly from sourcing to delivery.Your responsibilitiesProductionManage the production facility and standard equipment purchasingSource and procure specialised production equipmentPlan and follow up on production schedulesParticipate in product assembly — as a startup team, everyone contributes to production when needed, working in teams of twoSupply ChainSelect and source components with a strong focus on cost, lead time, and technical fit (majority sourced from China)Manage key suppliers, purchasing activities, and relationshipsOversee inventory management, including small componentsManage logistics and imports, including tracking shipments and handling import duties and taxesSafetyEnsure proper safety procedures and preventive maintenance (PPMs)Maintain first aid readiness and safe working practicesYour profileStrong communicator who can coordinate suppliers, logistics, and production activitiesPreferably a technical background through education or experienceExperience in operations or supplier managementFluent in English and FrenchHands-on mindset and comfortable working in a production environmentBased near Andenne, mostly working on-siteWhat we offerA key operational role in an ambitious startupThe opportunity to build and improve operational processes from the ground upClose collaboration with a small, fast-moving teamCompetitive compensation packageThe chance to grow with the company as operations scale
