Here, you will make an impact by:Leading and executing comprehensive commercialization efforts for our Auto coding solution in Belgian hospitals, including market strategy, customer engagement, and commercial follow-upImplementing strategies to effectively market and sell the softwareDetermining customer needs and providing tailored demonstrations of the softwareSupporting customers through the implementation process and providing ongoing supportLead the Health Information Systems team to a higher levelYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, you must have (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Master’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experienceExperience in the medical field, particularly with healthcare IT solutions.Proven track record in sales and customer support.Excellent language skills in French, Dutch, and English.Current, valid Driver’s License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field from an accredited institutionA medical degree (physician, nurse, pharmacist) is also of additional valueKnowledge of the design and application of ICD-10-CM classification, SNOMED CT terminology, and DRGs is a plusWork location:Hybrid: Working together with the team in the office (Diegem) is required at least 1 to 2 days a weekWe offer:Our client provides you with a permanent contract, salary depending on expertise/experience with a correct extra-legal package.You will have the chance to be part of a growing company and evolve your skills to the next level.
