Within Power Station 3, you will actively contribute to the efficient operation and performance of the Estinnes wind farm of CGN Europe Energy. You will play a key role in the operational management of the site, ensuring optimal coordination of maintenance activities, contractor performance, and asset monitoring.
You will work closely with the site supervisor and internal teams to carry out the following tasks:
Operations and Contract Management
* Manage and monitor service contracts related to the wind farm, including turbine maintenance (Enercon), landscaping, roads, electrical network, and other site services.
* Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with contractual obligations, technical requirements, and safety standards.
* Prepare and manage calls for tenders (appels d’offres), participate in supplier selection, and contribute to contract negotiations.
* Follow up on invoices and payments in coordination with internal departments, ensuring cost control and budget compliance.
* Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders, including landowners and local residents (riverains), and address any operational concerns or requests.
Asset Performance Monitoring and Reporting
* Monitor the operational performance of wind turbines using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools.
* Track key performance indicators (availability, production, losses) and identify deviations or anomalies.
* Coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and optimization of turbine performance.
* Prepare regular operational and performance reports, inform management of any significant events or risks affecting the asset.
* Participate in the planning and follow-up of major corrective actions.
Technical Support and Site Activities
* Provide local technical support for day-to-day site operations, including participation in simple troubleshooting activities and minor maintenance tasks.
* Work in coordination with the team to gradually develop internal capabilities for carrying out small-scale interventions on delivery points (PDL) and at the base of turbines.
* Support and supervise maintenance interventions carried out by external contractors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices and operational efficiency.
Occasional travel to France and other countries should be expected.
Safety and QHSE
* Ensure the proper implementation and compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) rules on site.
* Monitor contractor compliance with safety procedures and participate in safety meetings and site inspections.
* Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* You hold a degree in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, energy, or a related field, and you have at least 2 years of experience in renewable energy, asset management, or technical operations.
* Language: have a good level of English and fluent in French.
* In good physical condition and able to work on-site in an operational environment.

* Communication clearly and effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

* Good understanding of electrical systems (HV/LV) and wind farm operations.
* Familiarity with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools is an advantage.
