For a logistics service provider, we are looking for a Team Leader for the night shift. Since its founding in 1930, this family-owned company has grown into a global player in the logistics sector. The transit terminal is the beating heart of this family business. Every day, more than 5,000 pallets are processed — and that requires a strong team where collaboration is at the core. For their night shift, we are looking for a motivated Team Leader who truly makes a difference.
As Team Leader Night Shift, you are responsible for managing and guiding the warehouse employees during the night shift. You ensure that all processes run smoothly and that safety procedures and quality standards are strictly followed.
You coordinate daily activities, distribute tasks, and motivate the team to achieve objectives together.
When operational issues arise, you solve them independently and efficiently.
You report to the Transit Terminal Supervisor and actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere where collegiality and cooperation are central.
Work schedule:
•Sunday evening: 22:00 – 06:00
•Monday to Thursday: 23:00 – 07:00
Profiel
Profile
•Several years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse environment
•Experience in logistics and/or transport is an asset
•A hands-on, people-oriented leader who is not afraid to think and act alongside the team
•Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible
•Affinity for night work
•Language skills: very good knowledge of English; Dutch and French are a plus
