Within EY Parthenon, our Mergers and Acquisitions team is looking to reinforce the team with talented professionals in a Staff/Senior Consultant role. Key Responsibilities As a Consultant Mergers & Acquisitions, you will work on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Assist corporates and financial investors in managing the M&A process from deal sourcing to final closing Assist in drafting all transaction documentation such as a pitch, proposal, teaser, information memorandum, management presentation a.o. Assist in identifying a long list of (international) potential buyers, both strategic and financial Assist in developing a business plan in order to make a valuation of the company Assist in the coordination of the due diligence process Assist in negotiations of commercial terms and legal documentation Assist in giving financial advice to clients on all transaction-related matters Profile Master degree in finance, economics, business or related subject 1-4 years of experience, within a consultancy firm, investment
