11. Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan
12. Keep up to date with competitor activity
Operations
13. Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
14. Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity
15. Manage and maintain a safe work environment for clients and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

This is a full-time salaried role, based in our store in Brussels, Boulevard de Waterloo 52.
This role requires you to be available to work on Saturday and/or selected bank holidays or during events.
