Join Proximus Ada as an intern!
Within this Proximus’ first Belgian center of excellence combining artificial intelligence and are seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to join our dynamic team, where you will play a role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our organizational marketing needs. This internship is an unpaid position lasting 3-6 months, according to your school or university program.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a cohesive branding strategy for Proximus Ada by considering the following aspects: Increase external visibility (across various social media platforms, including our website & Linkedin page) Communicate more to our internal partners (newsletter for Proximus Group, etc.) Design rollup & printed branding material Improve & revisit our power point template Take pictures & record videos to be used as branding material Coordinate with Proximus Branding teams Foresee additional goodies & work on our digital identity
2. Create and curate engaging content related to AI, Cyber Security and our organizational initiatives to foster online engagement and awareness.
3. Enhance our stories database and maintain our social media presence, ensuring regular and compelling updates.
4. Draft, distribute, and pitch news releases, media alerts, and other stories.
5. Collaborate with staff on innovative ideas and strategies for marketing and communications.
6. Support HR initiatives by designing onboarding materials and one-pagers to aid in new employee orientation.
7. Conduct presentations and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
8. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
9. Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google apps. Video and graphic design skills are a plus but not required.
10. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proactive, independent, and creative approach.
11. Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of individuals and demonstrate commitment to our mission.
12. Must be community service-minded and dedicated to ethical practices.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
14. Familiarity with tech-related topics, such as AI and cybersecurity, is an advantage.
Must be fluent English,French and Dutch
