Job description

As an Account Manager, you’ll support customers across either Flanders or BeNeLux. You’ll be the commercial face in the field.


You’ll manage relationships with clients in sectors such as pharma, medtech, healthcare, and clinical labs. We have two open positions representing a strong portfolio of medical solutions:


1) including syringes, needles, and closed system devices

2) products for infection prevention



Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow accounts across Belgium and the Netherlands or Flanders
* Identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.
* Visit clients onsite, support tenders, and lead commercial discussions.
* Act as first point of contact for pricing, documentation, and order queries.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and supply chain.
* Maintain CRM and ERP records (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).



Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus – but if you bring the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A self-starter with commercial drive and analytical thinking.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Genuine interest in healthcare and patient-focused innovation.
* Willing to travel 4 days/week across Belgium and the Netherlands.
