About the Role For a major public sector organisation, we are seeking a Functional Analyst with team leadership experience to join an agile development team. You'll play a key role bridging IT and business, leading a small team while driving the design and improvement of complex business applications. Responsibilities Lead and support a multidisciplinary team. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Collaborate on solution design, testing, and implementation. Help resolve incidents and improve processes. Foster a positive team culture and continuous learning. Qualifications A Bachelor or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or similar; 5 years’ experience as a Functional or Business Analyst; Strong analytical and communication skills; Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban); Working knowledge of Jira, SQL, XML; Java understanding is a plus; Proficiency in French, Dutch and English. Preferred Skills 5 years experience in team leadership or coordination; Ability to foster a positive team culture and continuous learning.
