For the corporate compliance department, we are recruiting two private detectives to investigate integrity incidents in our distribution and sorting centres.
Your mission
·You investigate criminal incidents such as theft, fraud, corruption…
·You collect evidence in the field, and depending on the seriousness of the incident, you report it to the business or you interview and confront suspects with your findings.
·You ensure a proper and correct reporting to the business and/or to the police in some cases.
·You identify weak points in the bpost operational processes and you define corrective actions to avoid abuses.
·You report to the Integrity Manager.
Your Profile
It goes without saying that, as an integrity partner, you are discrete and you have knowledge of the Belgian legislation on private detectives and related topics. We would, however, like to emphasize the things below:
1. You are a licensed private investigator in Belgium.
2. Corporate experience is a plus but not a must.
3. You are flexible: you will be working in the field so mobility in terms of working area and time are required.
4. You are communicative and you like to work autonomously.
5. You have good stakeholder management and networking skills.
6. You are fluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge English
