At Foundever™, we collaborate with iconic automotive brands that represent craftsmanship, innovation and timeless design. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist with native or bilingual Dutch and advanced English to support a leading luxury automotive brand.
This position is ideal for professionals who value quality over speed, and who understand that true premium service is defined by accuracy, consistency and trust.
The Role
You will act as a dedicated technical point of contact for retailers, ensuring seamless support across systems and processes while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury brand.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support via phone and email
* Guiding retailers through software tools and digital platforms
* Managing order-related processes with precision
* Coordinating hardware setup and logistics
* Ensuring every interaction reflects premium service standards
The Profile
* Dutch: native or bilingual proficiency
* English: advanced level (C1)
* French: advanced level is an advantage
* Strong digital literacy or technical background
* Genuine interest in automotive, technology and premium environments
* Based in Madrid or willing to relocate
* No previous experience required — comprehensive training provided
The Offer
* Permanent contract from day one
* 39 hours per week, intensive morning schedule
* Salary: €21,500 gross per year
* Paid training (3 weeks) included in the contract
* On-site work at our Madrid offices (Puerta de Toledo / Pirámides)
