The Service Team Leader is a key role that involves building long-term professional relationships with existing customers and managing service technicians.
Responsibilities
* Communicate promises to customers and ensure their queries are answered on time with the appropriate attention.
* Solve customer complaints accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure high quality of service through regular field audits and promoting safety and quality culture.
* Develop competences, motivation, and overall performance of technicians.
* Ensure adherence to processes and maintenance methods.
* Determine and check technicians' performance objectives.
* Manage orders and material stocks.
Requirements
* Fluent in French; knowledge of Dutch or English is an asset.
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
* Preferably 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
* Successful team management experience.
* Good communication skills with basic IT skills.
* Licensed to work in Belgium.
