Regional Sales Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales engagements, meeting and exceeding quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead complex sales cycles and work with internal partners and teams to best serve customers
* Bring consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
* Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments
* Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our solutions
* Engage in a programmatic approach to demand generation, development, and expansion within your territory
* Leverage prospect stories to create compelling value propositions with insights into value for specific accounts
* Stay updated on industry news and trends affecting our products and services
* Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings
Requirements:
* Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry (SASE technology preferred)
* Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
* Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
* Cultivate relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for customers
* In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process
* Ability to take a holistic approach to problem-solving by understanding the bigger picture and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
* Excellent time management skills and high levels of autonomy and self-direction
* Proficiency in Dutch and English language skills
