As part of its international expansion, Telmaco is establishing a new warehouse operation in Brussels to support project delivery and logistics activities.The RoleTelmaco is seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of its new Brussels warehouse. The role is responsible for organising inventory, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring efficient support to project and installation teams.This is a hands-on operational role with responsibility for setting up and maintaining warehouse processes and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatchOrganise inventory control, stock tracking, and asset managementEnsure timely preparation and dispatch of equipment for projectsCoordinate deliveries, returns, and logistics with internal teams and suppliersImplement and maintain warehouse procedures, processes, and safety standardsMaintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levelsSupport equipment handling, packaging, and basic quality checksCoordinate with project teams to ensure material availability and readinessSupport the setup and organisation of the new warehouse facilitySkills & QualificationsExperience in warehouse, logistics, or operations managementExperience with Audiovisual, Conference and/or IT equipment is desirableFamiliarity with inventory management and stock control processesAbility to organise and manage physical assets and documentationStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of operationsExperience with ERP, warehouse management systems and inventory toolsPossession of a forklift certificate is considered an assetFluency in English and French is required; knowledge of Greek is considered an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive remuneration package aligned with experience and responsibilitiesKey role in establishing and running a new warehouse operationStable position within an international organisationProfessional working environment with long-term perspectiveApplication ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV, clearly indicating the positionWarehouse Manager – Brussels, to:jobs@telmaco.gr(Please indicate "Warehouse Manager – Brussels" in the subject)
