Job Description
* Define the objectives and vision of our ERP solution in accordance with the company's strategy and objectives.
* Prepare and prioritize the team backlog to ensure that delivery is aligned and that the product is delivered within the agreed time, quality, and budget.
* Play an active role as a facilitator to achieve team goals (functional analysis / sprint / release) by acting as a user/customer representative in Agile ceremonies and events.
* From a functional perspective, analyze and define user problems and questions, conduct feasibility studies, and convert problem definitions into functional specifications in order to optimally translate requirements into tangible specifications for IT applications and meet customer needs.
* Assume functional responsibility for specific model modules (configuration, documentation, testing, etc.).
* Carry out projects related to the design and creation of new products and/or services in order to maintain or develop the company's position in the market.
* Collect, critically approach and question customer needs.
* Monitor the performance of our applications through continuous user experience monitoring and data collection.
* Propose a roadmap for future developments and product vision.
* Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with product stakeholders.
* Engage clients in projects to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Position requirements
* In-depth knowledge of SAP .
* Extensive experience in business/functional analysis in a complex IT environment.
* Good knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies, Agile development principles and methodologies.
* Ability to manage business needs and requirements for multiple clients.
* Ability to identify the causes of problems.
* Ability to communicate complex information concisely, orally and in writing, to various stakeholders.
* Very good communicator and negotiator; able to lead groups of stakeholders and users.
* Empathy and listening skills.
* Accuracy, reliability, team spirit and resistance to stress.
* Methodical and detailed approach to the development of documentation and support processes.
