Business Process Analyst – Dynamics 365 FO – FreelanceA leading organisation based in Beerse is seeking a Freelance Business Process Analyst to support the integration of two companies into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations environment.The consultant will act as a key link between business operations and system implementation—mapping and optimising finance-related processes, supporting users, and ensuring alignment across both organisations.The role will include working closely with finance stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to ensure successful rollout, process continuity, and user adoption of the integrated FO platform.ResponsibilitiesMap, analyse, and improve finance processes in Dynamics 365 FOAct as a functional expert on FO, particularly in financial modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.)Translate business requirements into process flows and functional documentationSupport the integration of two companies onto a single FO instanceCreate and maintain user documentation and training materialsAssist end users with training, onboarding, and troubleshootingCollaborate with IT and implementation partners to ensure smooth rolloutEnsure operational alignment and process integrity across business unitsProfileMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst, ideally in ERP implementationsStrong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, especially financial modulesFinance background or solid understanding of financial processesDutch speakingAdditional DetailsSENIORITY: Medior to SeniorSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: 6 months (extension probable, 18 month assignment)CONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: Beerse (main office)ONSITE: Minimum 3 days/week onsiteLANGUAGES: Dutch + English
