Responsibilities
1. Act as a visible leader onsite, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with environmental and water quality standards.
2. Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems, including filtration, recycling, and wastewater management.
3. Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams to manage schedules, budgets, and quality for water-related systems.
4. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on data center operations.
5. Implement and monitor project processes, driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
6. Lead key meetings, report progress, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
7. Have proven experience managing water treatment or utility systems within large-scale industrial or data center projects.
8. Hold a degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
9. Possess strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
10. Are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
11. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and teams.
12. Hold or are pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
