🎯 Assignments
We are looking for a Senior Procurement & Contract Manager for one of our clients in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing procurement activities for complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
* Ensuring the implementation of purchasing strategies, from tendering to contract award and execution.
* Managing contracts and claims, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
* Negotiating with suppliers and partners to secure competitive and compliant offers.
* Applying FIDIC or NEC contractual frameworks where relevant.
* Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes.
👤 The profile
Background
Master’s degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.
Must Have
* 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or contract management, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong expertise in contract and claim management.
* Good understanding of FIDIC or NEC contracts.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to partner with multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
* Working knowledge of French.
* Experience in a multi-site or multicultural project environment.
* Results-driven and pragmatic mindset.
