  • About the job

    As a Business Developer for the region of Belgium, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding market share within the BB environment. Your primary goal will be to achieve ambitious sales objectives, by effectively managing leads and fostering strong client relationships.
    Strategic Sales & Lead Management: You will lead the sourcing and closing of new large accounts by:
  • Proactively engaging prospects through cold-calling, utilizing a database of priority targets.
  • Gathering valuable leads from various stakeholders, including trade fairs, other FMCG partners, facility actors, and networking events.
  • Efficiently processing and converting leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Leveraging additional leads provided by digital marketing initiatives and support from the OOH Sales team.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Your role involves meticulous preparation and ongoing client management to ensure successful conversions and sustained partnerships:
  • Analyzing prospect needs and requests via CRM Hubspot or direct calls to prepare for visits, enabling proactive and targeted negotiations with a perfect pitch.
  • Guiding prospects and customers through the pre-ordering process to ensure optimal device availability.
  • Converting leads through a multi-step process, including validating opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals.
  • Actively participating in team meetings to share best practices, innovative ideas, and crucial consumer/customer feedback to continuously enhance SPA Fountain's performance.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with multiple key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.
  • About the ideal candidate

  • You are an experienced Business Developer, a real hunter, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • You possess relevant sales experience within both the BB and FMCG sectors.
  • You are results-oriented, energetic, and hands-on, with a strong growth mindset.
  • You are an effective communicator, skilled in prioritizing and organizing your work to drive results.
  • You have proven negotiation skills and the ability to analyze sales data within CRM systems.
  • You excel in prospecting and are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
