You'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top tech talent, while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders.Your responsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for IT profiles (from sourcing to offer)Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networkingConduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fitBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talentPartner with hiring managers and clients to understand their needsProvide a great candidate experience throughout the processStay up to date with market trends in IT recruitment
Your profile~2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment~ Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills~ Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment~ Passion for technology and talent acquisition
