About the Project
We are creating high-fidelity VR training applications for automotive professionals, especially in tire service and workshop procedures.
The visuals must support training accuracy: realistic machines, tools, environments, materials, lighting, and clear readability in VR.
Responsibilities
Produce optimized 3D assets for VR training (machines, tools, workshop environments)
Handle 3D modelling, texturing, shading, and lighting with a real-time mindset
Use Blender (or equivalent) to build and refine assets and UVs
Implement and validate assets in Unreal Engine 5
Ensure performance-friendly assets (polycount, LODs, texture budgets) for VR
Work closely with developers to match interactive needs (moving parts, collisions, rigging
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Blender or equivalent
Demonstrated ability in 3D modelling, texturing, shading, and lighting
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 integration
Understanding of real-time constraints and VR readability/performance
Nice to Have
Experience with industrial/automotive assets and environments
PBR pipeline mastery (materials, decals, dirt/wear realism)
Experience creating modular assets and optimised scenes for VR
