Assignments
We are looking for an Officer Electrical Technical Maintenance to ensure the reliability, compliance, and safety of electrical installations across strategic sites in Brussels and its surroundings.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the maintenance, compliance, and daily safety of electrical and technical installations.
* Supervising external service providers, monitoring quality of service, compliance with schedules, and timely interventions in case of breakdowns.
* Managing intervention requests and preparing/updating maintenance reports.
* Developing investment plans to guarantee operational reliability of facilities.
* Evaluating risks, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Leading and supporting a team of technical maintenance agents.
* Reporting directly to the Technical Maintenance Manager.
The profile
You are an engineer in electromechanics or electricity (Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience), with 5 to 10 years in electrical or technical maintenance. You combine solid expertise in low-voltage systems, UPS, emergency lighting, grounding, and HVAC equipment, with the ability to read and adapt electrical schematics. Familiar with RGIE standards and vital circuits, you work rigorously and proactively, while leading teams effectively. You are fluent in French and have a working level of Dutch (A2+). Proficiency with MS Office and a driving license B are required for this role.
