Function
Our client is currently looking for an Account Manager Benelux who will be responsible for growing the business with both existing and new customers in the Benelux and will proactively develop the market by visiting (potential) customers, attending seminars, networking events, etc.
Responsibilities
* Define a sales strategy and translate sales objectives into a sales action plan
* Manage customer relationship and intimacy, customer acquisition and retention by:
* maintaining and further building on the existing commercial contacts that belong to their customer portfolio to ensure that the budget is realized
* identifying and contacting prospects to ensure that the customer portfolio is further expanded
* Identify customer needs, liaise with the Product Manager on potential new products
* Draw up quotations in consultation with the Business Manager; conclude contracts with customers taking into account the existing product range, highest profitable pricing and delivery times
* Be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, sales generation and reporting
* Act as contact person for all customer-related inquiries and issues

* Fluent in Dutch, English and French
