OverviewMake your mark for patients. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Global Process Owner to join our Corporate Development, Finance & Digital Tech team in Brussels, Belgium.
About The Role
You will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global end‐to‐end business processes. Your work will enhance consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across regions and functions. You will also support our transformation agenda by simplifying processes, enabling technology‐driven improvements, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Who You'll Work With
You will partner with experts across operations, digital solutions, data, quality, supply, finance, and regional leadership. The role requires strong collaboration with both global and local stakeholders to understand operational challenges, build alignment, and drive successful implementation of process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Define global process standards, controls, documentation, and performance indicators.
Drive process simplification and harmonization across regions and functions.
Identify and support automation opportunities using modern technologies.
Conduct structured analysis to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
Communicate process changes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Guide decision‐making and support adoption of improved processes.
Lead and coordinate the global process owner team.
Profile
Significant experience in global end‐to‐end process management in a multinational, ideally regulated, environment. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Proven change resilience and diplomatic leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of process engineering and interest in technology‐enabled automation.
Ability to collaborate across functions and balance operational realities with process improvement goals.
Experience defining performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
