This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team within an Admin/Customer service capacity in Zellik, Belgium. You will be admin support for 3 of our sites, Zellik, Mechelen and Antwerp working alongside our HR Advisors/Business Partners and Manager.
Fluent in Dutch & French, with basic English
What Your Day Looks Like As An Administrative Support Specialist
In this role, you'll be a valued partner to our operations team and employees, helping to create a supportive, well‑run and positive workplace. Support managers with performance management and fair, consistent HR practices.
Partner with our leave administrator to manage and track all types of employee leave.
Support key GXO HR initiatives across the site.
Work safely and help promote a safe environment for all colleagues and visitors.
Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and French, plus basic English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong administrator or Customer service expertise with focus on people
Confident using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
