Job Description
* Develop and validate sterilization & decontamination cycles (e.g. autoclaves, VHP)
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for steam and gas-based decontamination
* Lead protocol design, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
* Support CAPAs, Change Controls, audits, and risk assessments
* Collaborate with QA, MSAT, and manufacturing for process lifecycle support
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
* 5–10 years in a cGMP environment within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
* Strong expertise in sterilization and decontamination validation
* Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
* Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience with regulatory inspections and technical documentation
