We're looking for a talented Junior Consultant to join our team. As a Junior Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping clients seize essential opportunities by collaborating with business leaders to solve their toughest digital challenges.

Your responsibilities will include interpreting business needs and translating them into viable technology solution proposals, co-creating ambitions, strategies, go-to-markets, and execution plans with clients and their customers, and helping clients reach their objectives by connecting and aligning business with information and technology.

You'll also build strong business cases supported by facts and figures, guide and advise clients through their digital transformation journey by analysing and (re)defining their IT strategy and business processes, leverage the value of enterprise knowledge and data to help clients evolve towards insights-driven organisations, communicate proactively with the project team to enable teamwork and decision-making, facilitate workshops together with experienced colleagues to help innovate and indicate improvements, collaborate with clients to materialise the strategy via strategic activities such as setting up proof-of-concepts, enable businesses to move forward by suggesting fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and effectively, look into the business potential of current and emerging technologies from Cloud adoption to Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence, use creative problem-solving methods and work in an international, multidisciplinary team, and act as an ambassador for PwC when interacting with stakeholders and potential prospects on the market.

About You
">
We're looking for someone with a strong interest in technologies and the opportunities they offer, a good understanding of how to leverage them, a passion for the Public Sector, and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds.

You should be proactive, responsible, customer-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills, able to take a helicopter view and challenge proposals in line with business requirements and common sense, a born team player who demonstrates clear ownership to make a difference, and eager to work flexibly.

Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable. A Master's Degree in business, engineering, computer sciences, law, sciences, or any other relevant field is required.
