We're working with a specialist Anaplan consultancy that’s continuing to grow and expand its delivery team. They’re now looking for a Lead Consultant to step into a hands-on technical leadership role, supporting the design and delivery of Anaplan solutions across finance, supply chain, and other key business functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s comfortable owning the build on projects, leading workstreams, and supporting junior consultants with guidance and mentoring. You’ll be the go-to technical lead on projects, and while you won’t be solely responsible for solution architecture, you’ll play an active part in shaping designs, receiving further training and support to build capability in this area.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the technical lead on Anaplan projects, owning model builds and managing technical delivery
* Support solution design and architecture alongside senior architects and delivery leads
* Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing day-to-day support and technical oversight
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure business needs are met
* Contribute to internal best practices and help strengthen the consultancy’s Anaplan delivery capability
Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience building Anaplan models, ideally across multiple use cases
* Comfortable taking ownership of technical delivery and mentoring others
* Understanding of solution design principles and model architecture, with a desire to deepen skills in this area
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing settings
* Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect) are a plus
