What will you do? Analyze and map E2E logistics processes — with a strong focus on sorting operations, parcel flows, and last ‑ mile delivery — using proven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, VSM, and process ‑ mining tools). Identify bottlenecks across our operational flow (throughout our sorting, transport and distribution domains) through data-driven diagnostics (cycle times, capacity analysis, throughput, on ‑ time performance). Investigate root causes of operational issues using structured methods such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone, KPI trend analysis, and performance dashboards. Design optimized processes that improve speed, reliability, and operational scalability. Lead improvement initiatives on a national and local level, using project (eg. Prince2) & continuous improvement frameworks (eg. DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen). Implement operational standards and process & project governance, including SOPs, quality controls, and workflow documentation. Report and communicate on the progress and status of ongoing projects towards the operational leadership teams. Monitor operational performance using logistics-specific KPIs (sorting accuracy, stop efficiency, drop density, lead time, failure rates) and drive continuous optimization. Collaborate closely with operational sites, delivery units, and product tribes to align improvements, secure adoption, and deliver measurable impact on service and cost. Who are you? At least 10 years of relevant experience and operational expertise in logistics. An analytical, process-oriented, and critical mindset. Extensive experience in change management, project management, and process analysis & mapping. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
