Description:
Tâches:
• To allocate payments by bank transfer, credit card and cheque and input payment advices in the system.
• To reconcile user accounts, inform users of anomalies (under- or over-payments, or payments into the wrong bank accounts) and process refunds to users.
• To prepare monthly statistics for the bilateral agreements under the supervision of a more experienced team member.
• To prepare internal bank transfers and reimbursement of the charges collected to the States.
• To help and support the CRCO ERP.
Profil
Profil requis:
• Level of education: Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Fields of education: Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience in preparation of financial reports- Experience of bookkeeping - Standard Office applications.
