The Shop visit support Officer prepares and manages the administrative aspects of the engine or module shop visit from preparation to induction until certification and delivery of the product. He/she ensures an uninterrupted shop visit by preparing and checking the right documentation at every stage of the shop visit.

Shop Visit Support Officer
, who will focus on:
* Preparing and providing administrative support for Jet Engine Shop Visits to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
* Collecting information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases.
Your role:
Customer Communication
* Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits.
* Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits.
Administrative Case Management
* Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets.
* Compile, archive, and share repair records.
* Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports.
ERP & Logistics
* Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms.
* Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs.
Your profile:
* Education: a CESS diploma or equivalent with an experience in administration or recodes in aviation being a plus.
* Technical Knowledge: a basic understanding aviation and of jet engines is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus..
* Planning and organizational abilities while being meticulous and punctual.
* Precise and methodical work style.
* Belgian permanent visa and work permit is mandatory
