We're looking for a Market & Customer Intelligence Manager to lead our efforts in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape our innovation roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and commercial decisions.
What you’ll do:
Lead market and competitor analysis across regions
Deliver insights that support product pipeline, pricing, and innovation
Build dashboards and tools that empower data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into strategy
Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement in marketing intelligence
What you’ll bring:
5+ years in marketing intelligence, analytics, or strategic insights
Strong analytical and storytelling skills
Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
A commercial mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. French, German, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic)
