We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within publication processes, approval workflows, and patent application systems. This role is key to driving efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and delivering scalable digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to publication and patent processes
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions
* Support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), including backlog management and refinement
* Define and maintain DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done)
* Design and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Monitor and manage data quality, integrity, and usability
* Identify process improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions
* Maintain comprehensive documentation: process flows, system diagrams, and requirements
* Support project planning, risk management, and progress tracking
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in workflow-driven environments
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Expertise in user story writing, backlog management, and acceptance criteria definition
* Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and process mapping
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with development teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with workflow automation tools or document management systems
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP ) or Agile frameworks
