Our client, a global life sciences organization, is seeking a Quality Performance Lead to play a pivotal role within a major quality management system transformation. This role focuses on the end-to-end design and implementation of a quality performance framework and KPI pyramid to drive data-driven decision-making.
Design and own the Quality Performance framework and KPI pyramid, ensuring alignment between operational metrics and strategic quality objectives.
Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to co-design KPI definitions, targets, thresholds, and escalation rules.
Govern the KPI lifecycle, including creation, modification, and retirement, while ensuring data ownership and governance.
Implement the Quality Management Review performance model to consolidate data and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Define requirements for Quality dashboards and reports in collaboration with business stakeholders and digital partners.
Oversee the development and deployment of data visualization tools to support operational, tactical, and strategic needs.
Promote a data-driven Quality culture through transparent, meaningful, and actionable reporting across the organization.
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Data, or a related field.
You have 8+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems and Quality Performance management .
You bring proven expertise in KPI design, performance frameworks, and data-driven decision support within a GxP environment.
You possess strong analytical and systemic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
You're able to challenge experts constructively while building trust and managing stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
You are fluent in English .
